Buffy's Bitter, the definitive Buffys beer is a classic pint in the best tradition of craft brewing. It is brewed using the finest Marris Otter malts, with a trace of roast and crystal that produce this superb deep amber coloured bitter.

A good traditional flavour is achieved using Old English Fuggles and Goldings hops that grow in the hop fields of Herefordshire. The more modern First Gold dwarf hops are then added to give this quality brew added depth and bite.

This, our best selling beer, accounts for over half of the brewery's total production and is brewed every week of the year. It is allowed to mature in the cask for roughly two weeks to arrive in peak condition ready to serve once settled.
